Cancellation of the order

Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example items made to your order. You should inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter sent to the address: Matej Kubiš – REFLEXTO, Internátna 28, 97404 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia or by email: info@safer-bike.com within a period of 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

For this purpose you may use the cancellation form available to download bellow.

Return method upon cancellation of the order

  • inform us if you wish to cancel your order either by email: info@safer-bike.com  or by letter sent to the address: Matej Kubiš – REFLEXTO, Internátna 28, 97404 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia
  • fill in the cancellation form
  • send cancelation form and properly packed goods to the address: Matej Kubiš – REFLEXTO, Internátna 28, 97404 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia no later than 14 days
  • goods can not be used
  • goods must be complete in their original packaging (wherever possible), including proof of purchase

We recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method as we will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit. We do not accept parcels sent to us through “Cash on delivery” service.

Once all the above conditions have been met, the seller will return all payments to the buyer no later than 14 working days after termination, especially the purchase price, including delivery costs to you. For security reasons, refund will be processed via the original payment method, i.e payment by debit card will be refunded to the original debit card used at the time of order. 

The direct costs of returning goods are borne by the buyer. The buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of handling it other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. In the event that the returned goods are damaged, used, worn or incomplete, the seller may return to the customer the purchase price reduced by the value of the damage or wear and tear of the returned goods.

Return of the faulty goods

We do our best to ensure that our products are highest quality.  However, if the product proves to be defective, we will try to ensure that your warranty claim is resolved as quickly as possible.

The subject of the return claim is the item purchased from the seller via the e-shop at www.safer-bike.com. Seller shall not be liable under any warranty or other obligation if the alleged defect in the product does not exist or the defect or defective performance was caused in whole or in part by buyer’s or its customers (or any third party’s) misuse, neglect, improper installation or testing, unauthorised attempts to repair, or by accident or other hazard outside seller’s control.

Method for claiming warranty

Fill in the return form (available to download bellow) and send it by email to info@safer-bike.com together with photos of the faulty goods. After e-mail confirmation, please send the faulty goods together with a return form and a copy of the purchase receipt to the following address: Matej Kubiš – REFLEXTO, Internátna 28, 97404 Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. Date of claim is the date when goods are delivered to the seller.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and we will inform you how complaint was resolved in the shortest possible time by sending an email to you, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the complaint. If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and request the refund immediately.

Return claim will be processed with one of the following:

  • exchange of the item for different product
  • refund of the purchase price to the buyer
