The legal reason for the processing of personal data
The legal reason for the processing of your personal data is that such processing is necessary to fulfil the contract between you and administrator or to implement the measures by the administrator prior to the conclusion of such contract in the meaning under article 6 ods. 1 písm. b) Regulation of the European Parliament (EC) No 2016/679 and Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data).

- Purpose of processing your personal data is fulfilment of the contract between you and the administrator or to take action by the administrator before entering into such contract.
- Administrator does not automatically make an individual decision within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Regulation.

Your personal data will be processed within the duration of effective rights and obligations of the contract and further in the time necessary for archiving under the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but at the most time specified by generally binding legal regulations.

- Other recipients of your personal data will be shipping companies and other persons involved in delivery of goods, companies providing payments on the basis of a purchase contract. Other recipients of your personal data will be technology companies that provide hosting, operation and functioning of the online store.
- Administrator does not intend to upload your personal data to a third country (to a non-EU country) or to an international organisation.
Rights of the data subject
- Under the terms of the Regulation you have the right to request from the administrator access to your personal data, right to repair or delete your personal data, right to limit your data processing, right to object to the processing of your personal data and right to transfer your personal data.
- If you believe that by processing of your personal data the regulation has been violated you have right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
- You do not have to provide your personal information. Providing your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract and without providing your personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or to fulfil it by administrator.
