The legal reason for the processing of your personal data is that such processing is necessary to fulfil the contract between you and administrator or to implement the measures by the administrator prior to the conclusion of such contract in the meaning under article 6 ods. 1 písm. b) Regulation of the European Parliament (EC) No 2016/679 and Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data).

  • You do not have to provide your personal information. Providing your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract and without providing your personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or to fulfil it by administrator.
